Pressure Cooker Sushi Rice
All Ingredients

- water1 cup
Directions
- rice1 cup
Add the rice to a fine-mesh strainer placed over a bowl. Add enough water to cover the rice, then use your fingers to agitate the rice until the water turns milky white. Drain the water.
Repeat until the water runs clear.
- water1 cup
Add to pressure cooker.
Bring to high pressure and cook for 3 minutes.
Let pressure release naturally. ~20 minutes.
Open cooker and fluff rice.
