All Ingredients
- garlic2 clovesgrated with a microplane
- dijon mustard2 teaspoons
- small shallot1grated with a microplane
- canola oil2 cups
- extra-virgin olive oil1 cup
- Balsamic vinegar6 tablespoons
- Sherry vinegar6 tablespoons
- soy sauce4 tablespoons
- Kosher saltto tasteoptional
- black pepperto tastefreshly groundoptional
Directions

Combine in a large bowl and whisk.
